Return Policy

Returns for TSM Products

Claims:  We do not ship damaged items.  If a package is received in damaged condition, please retain all boxes and packaging materials and call the shipping company for their claim procedures and inspection.  We are not responsible for damages if the shipper cannot inspect packaging of the damaged product.    

All return requests must be made in writing (email) for authorization. All returns must have a return authorization number (RAN) and items must be of current design, and in resalable condition.  A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns of unused products.  Unused products must be in their original packaging or they will not be accepted and sent back to the sender at their expense.

Returns for LEM Products

Items that are Defective, Damaged or Misshipped

If a product has a material defect or was misshipped through our error we will issue a full merchandise credit and cover the cost to ship the item(s) back to our facility.  Misships MUST be reported within 7 days of the delivery or the shipment will be considered complete and correct.  We will cover the cost to ship the correct item(s).  Defective merchandise will be inspected upon arrival to confirm the defect by our technical personnel.  If the product is deemed not defective the credit will not be issued and the shipper will be charged to have the product returned.

If an item is received damaged during shipping, please inform our customer service center immediately so that a claim can be filed with the shipping contractor and a replacement can be shipped.  Shipping contractors request that the damaged merchandise be held for at least 5 business days so that the product can be picked up for further review.

Warranty

To file a warranty claim contact our customer service call center.  In order for the warranty to be fulfilled we must have received your completed warranty card and proof of purchase.  The length of the warranty varies by product.  All warranties include the cost of parts and labor.  The consumer is responsible to pay to ship the product to us and we will pay to ship it back.  After the duration of the warranty, parts, labor and shipping become the consumer’s responsibility.

Unsatisfactory Return

If you would like to return a product that is not defective contact the customer service center for a RMA# within 30 days of purchase.  The product must be returned in the condition it was shipped.  All manuals, promotional items, kit components and parts must be included.  All products received without a RMA# or that doesn’t meet the criteria above will be refused resulting in no credit issued and the shipper will be charged to have the product returned.

Exchange

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we are happy to facilitate an exchange within 30 days of purchase.  Contact our customer service center and obtain a RMA#.  Once you return the product we will ship the alternate product.

Restocking Fees

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% on products returned that are not sellable i.e. product condition and box condition.  We reserve the right to refuse to issue credit on any item that has been used, misused or damaged.
